Customs fees, duties and import taxes:
We are based in the AUSTRALIA. If you are from outside AUSTRALIA, it is your responsibility to check the requirements for import tax, fees and any applicable duties. It is your responsibility to pay these if they are applied to your order with your customs agency.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met : We will not refund for any reason if a customer changes their mind. At our discretion we may consider exchange if a customer contacts us within 2 days of receipt and the goods are not damaged in any way. My Yoga Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse an exchange. My Yoga Lifestyle will ensure goods are packaged in quality material with plenty of padding for fragile items. If goods arrive damaged and no postal insurance has been purchased, My Yoga Lifestyle will not refund or replace goods. If goods arrive damaged or broken and postal insurance was purchased, please contact My Yoga Lifestyle within 2 days of receipt to organise a replacement or refund. All damaged/broken goods must be returned to My Yoga Lifestyle before a refund/exchange can take place. No refund or exchange will take place without contacting My Yoga Lifestyle prior to sending goods. Where a refund or exchange of goods is payable, all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of an error processing your order.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Original receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased originally from My Yoga Lifestyle
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 2 days of the invoice date for My Yoga Lifestyle orders, and 5 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns would need to be strictly made online at info@myyogalifestyle for both local and overseas deliveries. Please add your name, address and reason for the return.
3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
3.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
3.3 An email will be sent with address and details for postage for any items required postage back to us.
3.4 All refunds will be made via PayPal, ONLY once items have been received and approval has been granted for the return.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
4.4 My Yoga Lifestyle makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose
4.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Australia.
4.6 All decisions made by My Yoga Lifestyle is final.
RETREATS & WORKSHOPS
**Cancellation less than a week before retreat is non-refundable. **Cancellation 4 weeks prior only 50% refund will be given
**If the retreat/workshop needs to be cancelled by the organisers prior to the start of the event, a full refund will be granted to each \participant but no responsibility will be taken for any travel-related costs or similar.
* By signing my name below and proceeding to check-out, I (student) acknowledge that participation in yoga classes exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during any yoga class.
* Waiver of Liability: I understand that yoga, breath work & meditation includes physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress management and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any activity such as these, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will cease or adjust the posture or technique and ask for support from the teacher. Yoga, breathwork & meditation are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga, breathwork & meditation. If my health condition should change I agree to fill out a new Waiver of Liability form and advise the yoga instructor. I am not pregnant. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against My Yoga Lifestyle and its authorised instructors.
